Order errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the product. There are no cancellations on special orders, refusal of a shipment is not considered a cancellation. Items possibly used for food storage cannot be returned. There are no returns on clearance items. Authorization must be obtained from BlueArgyle.com on any return. Any return without prior authorization will be refused. Restocking fees apply. Administration fees will apply to shipped or 'in production' cancelled orders.
